Description:
- The sparkling water filling machine is automatic washing filling
capping 4 in 1 machine. It’s of many advantages, such as compact
structure, perfect control system and easy to be operated. Advanced
touch screen and PLC control system makes man-machine communication
true.
- Washing part is mainly composed of washing pump, bottle clamps,
water distributor, up turn-plate, guide rail, protection cover,
spraying device, defrosting tray, rinse water take and rinse water
refluxing tank. The first bottle washing section is sterilizing
water washing machine, the second is pure water washing machine.
- Filling part is mainly composed of filling barrel, filling valve
(low temperature and isobar filling), filling pump, bottle hanging
device / bottle pedestals, guide rail, elevating device, liquid
indicator, pressure gauge, pressure regulator, etc.
- Capping part is mainly composed of capping heads, cap loader
(separated), cap unscrambler, cap drop rail, pressure regular,
cylinder and also we need an air compressor as the auxiliary
external equipment.
- Main electrical components are all imported from world famous
brands to guarantee excellent performance of the whole machine.

Competitive Advantage:
- New designing filling valve, return gas and filling liquid are
separate to ensure the filling materials is clean.

lid and the torsion torque is adjustable, so screwing is safe and

solution barrel and ensure the accuracy in filling.
- High filling speed and mass flow rate, high precision of filling
valve and control of liquids level is accurate and without loss.
- Equipped with perfect CIP control loop and program and cleaning
devices on the spot.
- It is adopted spiral descent fashion for the support plate for
bottom of bottle at the outlet thumb wheel.
- It is not necessary to adjust the input height for exchanging
bottle model.
- Perfect protection system to overload.
- Air control components are all adopted with SMC products made in
Japan.
