l The pump body is a plunger hydraulic diaphragm pump. Allowing sand and gravel particles to pass through has low requirements on water quality and low power loss to the engine.

l The pump can work normally when the horizontal and vertical tilt reaches 25 °.

The power unit of the water pump is a forced air-cooled four-stroke gasoline engine.

Water pump material and structure

The water pump is an imported 3-cylinder hydraulic piston diaphragm pump. The pump body is formed by a high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting process at one time to ensure that the pump body will not break and screw off during high pressure work. The connecting rod and the eccentric shaft are made of aluminum-based alloy, which are simultaneously nitrided, and are formed by forging once. The diaphragm is made of hydrobutylene rubber, which does not need to be replaced for tens of thousands of hours of normal operation. The water pump uses oil-water separation technology. The mechanical part is completely immersed in the oil tank, and the components will not form friction, which ensures the service life of the water pump. The diaphragm isolates the water from entering the mechanical warehouse, so the water pump has very low requirements for water and sand and gravel can pass through.

Reducer type

The reducer uses a planetary reducer, which is different from the large and small gears of a star reducer. If the star-shaped gear is over-stressed, it will easily drop teeth, which will affect the efficiency of the water pump. The planetary reducer is a three-sided small gear meshing with a large gear, which implements a full range of meshing. Under no circumstances will the pulley and tooth fall out. Our planetary reducer has a special treatment method, which will not weaken the engine's power when the engine speed exceeds 2000 revolutions, but will help the engine's power and improve the efficiency of the water pump.
