(1) 3T Manual Un-coiler

• Adopt automatic hydraulic system for expand
• Width of feeding: 350mm
• Capability: 3 Ton
• Bound of expand &fight: 380mm—520mm
• Mode of expand &fight: inner expand &fight by manual
• Way of feeding: manual

(2) Flatten

• Flattener roller: upper is 2 rollers, down is 3 stations(total is 5 rollers)
• Diameter of flattener shaft:￠65mm, material is 45#
• Power: 3KW

(3) Servo feeding& punching system

• Servo feeding system
• This system adopt servo feeding to make high speed and precision
• Servo power: 1.9KW
• Punching system
• Base on customer provide punching drawing, this machine need adopt one unit hydraulic punching system
• The punches and dollies will be CR-12, hardness HRC 58-62 and chrome coating.
• The whole punching operation should be automated and controlled by a program installed in the PLC which is located in the operator's console.

(4) Main Roll Forming Machine

• Roller material:ASTM1045 chrome plated surface with chrome
• Shaft diameter: ￠56mm material: SAE1045 with quenching and tempering
• Main frame by 350H beam welding
• Machine structure: Wire-electrode cutting

(5) Rectify device

• One station after roll forming,
• Function: for revise the end product up and down/ left and right to straightness
• Roller material:GCR15 quenched 58°-62°finishing turning, CNC

(6) Track cutting system

• Machine adopt track cutting system, Non-stop
• Cutting power by hydraulic, 7.5KW
• Track cutting by servo motor, power in 3.0KW
• Cutting after forming: Cut the sheet after roll forming to required length
• Cutting motion: The main machine is NON-stop when cutting
• Material of blade:Cr12 with heat treatment 58-60°

(7) Computer Control Cabinet

• Programmable setting of profile length and quantity
• Operating system language: English and Chinese
• Computer used to control length & quantity. Machine will automatically cut to length and stop when required quantity is achieved
• PLC: Panasonic or customerization
