Feeding section:

● French imported Schneider four servo driving motor with high precision, mechanical transmission parts reduced as well as the mechanical failures.
● Two-way baffle at front and back, can stitch uncover box, small box and color box. It can stitch single nail carton, double nail carton, and abnormal shape carton.
● Automatic wire feeding system, 20kg flat wire, alarming when wire used up, save time greatly.
● Speed: 600nails/min
● Four servo driving motor used in this machine (two machine head motors and 2 for controlling nail space).
● Isolating transformer can protect all the electrical equipment of the machine.

Our Factory's have CNC (8 pcs) ,milling ,drilling,pulse and other procesing machinery to insure produced high quality,precision spare part for our machines.

Wallboard:

We used CAST STEEL not Nodular cast steel.Shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage are not exist in cast stell but has too much in nodular cast steel. Cast stell is expensive than nodular cast steel but tough,dectile and easily machined.Even you cant see the steel's material after painting,but we used good cast steel ,to producted high quality machine is my factory's aim.That's why the machine have been using more than 20 year no problem.
